Cody spent more than a decade working concrete jobs across central Missouri before he started True Precision Concrete. He came up through the trade the hard way, pouring foundations, building seawalls, finishing flatwork, and learning what separates a job done right from one that just looks right on day one.
When he launched True Precision, the idea was straightforward: bring that experience to the Lake of the Ozarks as an owner who's personally on the job. Not a company that dispatches a crew and hopes for the best. If you hire True Precision, you're working with Cody directly, from the estimate through the final walkthrough.
He built the company around the kind of work he'd want done on his own property. That means doing the prep work correctly, showing up when he says he will, and not leaving a job until it looks and performs the way it should.

Why True Precision
The Lake of the Ozarks is a different kind of job site. Lakefront lots are tight, grades are steep, and the work is more demanding than a standard residential slab. Seawalls take a beating year-round. Foundations need to be set correctly the first time because there's no easy fix once a house is sitting on them.
Cody built True Precision specifically to handle that kind of work. He knows the terrain, understands what lake conditions do to concrete over time, and has the experience to build things that hold up. The company stays focused on the Lake of the Ozarks region because that's where the knowledge and the relationships are.
The work covers residential and commercial concrete: foundations, flatwork, retaining walls, seawalls, pool surrounds, driveways, patios, and custom concrete work. Every project gets the same standard of prep and finish regardless of size.

We show up on time
When we commit to a start date, we're there. Your project doesn't sit waiting on us for two weeks while we finish something else.
We do the prep work right
Most concrete problems start with what you can't see. Sub-base compaction, forming, reinforcement placement. We don't skip steps because they're inconvenient.
You deal with the owner
When you call, you reach Cody. When your project is underway, Cody's on site. You're not passed off to a foreman after signing. One point of contact, start to finish.

We serve the full Lake area, including Camdenton, Osage Beach, Lake Ozark, Laurie, and Sunrise Beach. If you're on or near the Lake, we're within range.
